A modern, single-page marketing site for Olympic Builders, a Park City general contractor led by Skip Zenger. Built to replace a GoHighLevel lead-connector site with a fast, client-owned presence on Vercel. The site highlights services, past projects, and direct contact CTAs, with SEO and structured data tuned for local search in Park City and Summit County.
Olympic Builders was hosted on GoHighLevel’s lead-connector platform, which limited design control, tied the business to a third-party funnel, and made it harder to present a polished, locally credible brand. The client needed full ownership of their domain, hosting, and web presence without relying on a generic template site.
Designed and built a custom Next.js marketing site with a clean single-page layout, real project photography, and prominent call/email CTAs optimized for mobile leads. Migrated DNS from GoHighLevel to Vercel, implemented local SEO (metadata, JSON-LD, sitemap), and centralized all copy and image paths in one file so future updates stay simple for the client.
