A multi-page marketing site for TerraLuma Capital, a long-term investment firm that acquires rural land, privately owned businesses, and flex/light industrial real estate across the Southeastern U.S. The site speaks to three audiences — accredited investors, business owners exploring a sale, and land sellers — with clear paths to schedule a conversation, review acquisition criteria, and request investor access.
TerraLuma Capital needed a credible web presence that could explain a complex, multi-audience investment model — rural land, operating businesses, and commercial real estate — without feeling like a generic financial template. The site had to build trust with accredited investors while also giving business and land owners a clear, confidential path to start a conversation. It needed to feel premium and stewardship-driven, not flashy or speculative.
Built a custom Next.js marketing site with Tailwind CSS, structured around distinct user journeys for investors, sellers, and land owners. Designed and implemented a cohesive visual system — dark earth-tone backgrounds, serif headlines, and gold accents — that matches TerraLuma’s long-term, rural-focused brand. Shipped key pages for acquisition criteria, investor opportunity, FAQs, testimonials, and contact, with responsive layouts, reusable section components, and static generation for performance. Deployed on Vercel for fast global delivery.
